Hi, I'm Emily Koska, FNP-C your women’s health and hormone expert.
I’m a passionate, forward thinking nurse practitioner practicing in Fargo, North Dakota dedicated to helping women feel their best, no matter what stage of life they’re in! I specialize in hormone optimization and whole-body wellness, using a personalized and evidence based approach to tackle everything from fatigue and mood swings to weight struggles and sleep issues.
With a background in urgent care and Medicare health assessments, I've seen firsthand how chronic disease is impacting our communities. I knew there had to be a better way of helping patients, than prescribing more and more medications. I began questioning conventional practices and dove deep into researching functional medicine—a path that sparked my passion for helping others achieve true wellness.
